What happens after you get in touch

Send the form and a senior partner replies within one business day. From there, six steps take you from the intro call to the first quarterly review.

Step 1

Intro call

Twenty minutes with a senior partner. You describe the company and the pressure you're under; we say plainly whether we're the right firm.

Within 1 business day of your enquiry
Step 2

Diagnostic

We read the filings, the coverage and the holder base, then map where the equity story is losing people.

5 working days, no charge
Step 3

Scope & proposal

One page: objectives, the programme, who from our side is on the account, and a fixed monthly fee.

3 working days after the diagnostic
Step 4

Kick-off

The team you met is the team on the account. Week one sets the calendar, the message and the first list of investors and editors.

Within 10 working days of sign-off
Step 5

First quarter

The story goes out: refreshed materials, a targeted investor list, and the editors who actually cover your sector.

Weeks 2 to 12
Step 6

Review

Coverage, holders and inbound measured against the plan, then the programme is re-cut for the quarter ahead.

Who will actually be on the account?

The partner you meet in the intro call. Gateway is senior-led: the people who win the work are the people who do it.

We already have an agency. Can you work alongside them?

Often, yes. We will also say early if two firms on one story is one too many.

What if I’m not sure which services I need?

Contact us to discuss your goals and explore how Gateway can meet your company’s unique needs.

If I engage with Gateway, will I get passed on to a junior team member?

We pride ourselves on the high-touch nature of our client engagements. Senior team members are involved in every client engagement and are always available to clients. In addition, the junior team members that support individual accounts are all trained in the specific vertical in which your company operates.

Do you have a specific industry you specialize in?

From private growth companies to leading public enterprises, we work with dynamic businesses across all major industries. We have helped more than 500 global micro and small companies raise their equity profile and unlock brand value.

Who should join the first call?

Whoever owns the story: usually the CEO or CFO, plus the person who runs investor relations or communications day to day.

How are you paid?

A fixed monthly fee against a written scope. No hourly billing and no surprise line items.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Six months. Coverage and holder work rarely show their shape faster than that.

What are your pricing options?

Please contact us directly to get a better understanding of pricing options. Upon review of your business and needs, we can provide a detailed scope of work and pricing structure.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The intro call and the diagnostic that follows cost nothing and commit you to nothing.

How is project work such as a website or a rebrand priced?

Project work is scoped and priced on its own, so you can see exactly what it covers before it starts.

Can the scope change during the engagement?

Yes. Companies change, and the scope is reviewed with you as they do. Services can be added or scaled back.

How quickly can we start?

The diagnostic begins within five working days of sign-off, and week one sets the calendar.

How soon will I hear back after I send the form?

Within one business day. A senior member of the team replies personally.

How long does the intro call take?

About twenty minutes with a senior partner. Enough to understand the company and to say plainly whether we are the right firm.

What does your standard onboarding process look like?

We have a comprehensive onboarding process tailored to the needs of each client and the service offerings they pursue. Our diligent process of integrating new clients ensures a strong and productive working relationship.

We have an earnings date or an announcement coming up. Can you work to it?

Yes. Tell us the date in the form and we will plan the first weeks backwards from it.

When is the best time to bring Gateway in?

Earlier than most companies do. Ahead of a listing, a transaction or a difficult quarter, preparation is what makes the day itself calm.

Can we talk before anything is public?

Most first conversations happen under NDA. Say the word and we will send ours, or sign yours.

Who sees the information we share?

Only the senior team involved in your conversation. Nothing is passed on outside Gateway.

How do you handle material non-public information?

With the same discipline we ask of clients. Access is limited to the account team, and nothing is discussed outside it before it is public.

Do you work with our competitors?

We work across all major industries, so we check for conflicts before an engagement starts and tell you if one exists.

Will you name us as a client?

Only with your approval. Logos, case studies and quotes are published once you have agreed to them.

What happens to our materials if we do not move forward?

They stay confidential, and we delete or return them on request.
